We process all of our orders

We stand behind every piece of jewelry we manufacture. If any piece has any manufacturer defects or issues, we warranty each piece with a limited one year warranty and
will replace or repair the piece. We do not cover damages that are due to normal wear and tear or abuse.
Yes, for the time being, we only produce customized nameplates. Please provide us with your name and exclusive design, and we will make them for you. We can assist you with choosing the plating, gemstones, metal, and design elements best suited to your style and needs.
Unfortunately, as we don't manufacture jewelry, we do not provide any jewelry alteration or
engraving services. Please remember that modifying jewelry products bought from our e-shop automatically voids the warranty.

Shipments within the USA are expected to arrive within seven business days, while international shipments can take 2-4 weeks. Please do not include weekends

If you need to make changes, you must return your order following our Refund Policy after receiving it.
After you complete your order, the Antique Jewelry Mall will send you an e-mail confirming receipt. When your order has shipped, you will receive another e-mail with a
shipping tracking number for your reference so that you may follow your package

Yes, you can definitely have your order shipped to an address other than your billing

Our return process is designed to be hassle-free and straightforward. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. We provide a full refund for eligible returns within the return window commencing on the day your shipment is delivered or picked up.

How long does
Jewelax take to process a return?
If you wish to return your product for whatever
reason (within seven days of receiving it), a return usually takes five to seven business days once we receive it in the mail.

to return or exchange items labeled as final sales?
Please note that an item cannot be returned or exchanged if it is marked as a final sale. Please keep this in mind when making

Th majority of orders ship within two to four days of placement. During this time,
Jewelax is confirming purchase authorization and preparing an appraisal repor for the purchased item in your name. On the day of shipment, Jewelax will email
you the shipment's tracking number so that you can monitor your order.
