Our company processes, ships, and delivers orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on national holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day. Upon the shipment of your order, you will be promptly notified via email containing a tracking number.
Our company ensures that all orders are shipped exclusively through the United States Postal Service (USPS). After your order has been shipped, USPS takes full responsibility for the delivery process. Jewelax bears no authority over, nor assumes any liability for, any parcels after they depart from our premises.
Time of Shipment Estimates (excluding weekends and holidays)
- In the United States: 7-16 business days (tracking system provided)
- Everywhere Else: 7-21 Business Days (Tracking Options May Vary).
In extremely unusual cases, shipments may take longer to deliver than the estimated time limit provided. We ask for your compassion and patience in case of a shipping delay or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If there are no changes to the tracking information for more than 30-60 working days, we will resend the product.
This could be the case during promotions or during the busier holiday season at the end of the year (November and December).
Overview of Processing Time and Shipping Time
Please note that the estimated delivery time excludes the processing period of 4-6 business days. Typically, the processing time for an order, covering verification, packing, logistics, and mailing, spans a duration of four to six business days.
After processing your order, our shipping provider will promptly pick it up for dispatch. Upon completing your order, we will send you an email from our official email containing a hyperlink to access your online tracking details.
- Delay in Processing Time: In exceptional cases, the processing time can exceed the intended timeframe. Processing times may increase during times of high demand, such as promotions, holiday periods, and peak times. We will expedite your order and appreciate your patience if there is a delay.
- Delay due to customs clearance procedures:We cannot be held liable for delays due to customs clearance procedures in international shipments because we have no authority over these processes. You will have access to tracking details as soon as we receive them.
If you need to cancel an order that you have placed, please be aware that you have a 30-minute window to do so before the order undergoes processing. After that, we cannot cancel the order. If you need to cancel, please email us at (Your store's email) as soon as possible.
How to Handle Unclaimed Orders and Minimise Losses
Please note that we cannot be responsible for any packages returned due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses or if the package is refused or not collected. If you notice an error in your address, please promptly respond to the confirmation email and inform us of the correct information. We cannot change the address after the order has been processed, and we cannot be held liable for any errors or insufficiencies in the address provided.
